Privacy Settings > Profile.

Under "Photos tagged of me" there is another link stating, "Edit Photo Album Privacy Settings". Click on that. Choose the album that has the pictures you want blocked from just a few people. Click on the drop down menu and choose "Customize". Then, right at the bottom of the menu that pops up, in the box that says "Except these people", write down the name of the people you are referring to.
