Hack into Facebook Timeline account?

Hey guys So, I recently left my facebook account open at my friend's house and they thought it'd be amusing to change all my passwords and everything, and now I haven't anyway of logging back in. So, essentially, I was wondering if there was anyway I could possibly hack into the account so I could reclaim my facebook? I tried the Firebug thing, but apparently it doesn't work for Timeline, and I don't want to have to download anything that will give me potential viruses, so yeah P
I tried to reset my password via e-mail already, but it too fell victim, as my friend knows all my passwords(which is admittedly the same for everything :/), so I can't really do much with that. Stupid of me, I know ._.;;

you just click on "forgot password" and it sends a reset link to the email account you used to create the facebook account

well live and learn then i guess - there's nothing else you can do now
