If you were underage, you could press child porn charges against him.
Other than that, I'm not sure, hopefully someone else has a better answer for you. I would think there could be some kind of harassment charge. |

I believe that you can have them taken off Face book by contacting them directly. If you didn't specify what he could do with the pictures when you sent them to him, you probably can't do much to him if you were of legal age.

if your under 18 at the time than that is kiddy porn and you can get him for that but FIRST you need to be able to print off the page or somehow get in contact with facebook and get some records

A few states might have exceptions, but for the most part, the problem from a criminal standpoint is this:
.You knowlingly gave him the pictures, so it is not theft. They are his property to do with as he wishes. I am assuming you are over 18, so it is not a child pornography violation. You can pursue him civilly, but I see no criminal violation. You can also contact Facebook as I believe they have a policy againt nudity. |

seen it on judge judy, you will have to prove it, it is slander I believe. you can take him for the full amount the small claims allows.
