This is really stupid but i don't know if i should or not. We obviously communicate beyond Facebook so i will be saying it elsewhere. I don't know if its sort of expected though? :/

There's nothing wrong with doing it there, sure, make it special and express it wherever you think it will make him happy or surprise him

OF COURSE!!!!! no reason not too!!! you cant have too many happy birthdays! and getting a happy birthday on facebook may brighten his day (especially if its the weekend/ or doesnt see you that day)
