he is your EX boyfriend. therefore, it's none of his buisness who you date, ect. i don't know why you'd keep your boyfriend a secret unless you really are leading your ex on...just woman up to the fact that you DO have a boyfriend, if you're really serious about the guy.

Tell him exactly what you told us and be honest. Tell him that you respect him too much to hear it from somewhere else. He will probably feel hurt but someone always loses in the love game unfortunately. Tell him that you are sorry that things worked out the way they did.
