How to teach my brother a lesson?

My brother is 17 (so am I) and he is so dumb. He'll come home late in the night, grab whatever, and leave for a sleepover. He always leaves all the lights on and makes a mess. It's so annoying.

Tonight, (while I was taking a shower) he came in, left the kitchen lights on AND left the front door unlocked! Thank goodness I was up so I could lock it.

So I'm wondering, how can I teach him a lesson?

Lock him out of the house or duct tape all the light switches so he can't move them :b i've done both of those to my little brother and sister (11 & 14) soo many times, it's really funny (:

first of all, are you a guy or girl? if your a guy, tell him to his face to stop and if he continues, teach him a lesson the hard way and kick his ass.

if your a girl, well..... don't let him in. see if he likes it.

Lock the doors at night.
Duct tape his bedroom door shut when he leaves.
Duct tape the front door shut from the inside )leave it unlocked).
Have your friend set up a video camer above the fridge. Next, have your friend pop out of a corner with a ski mask on. Then you tell him it's fake. And post the video of his dumb reaction on Facebook&Youtube.
