Yes you can, I would print the pages with those messages they send to you and press charges because the law Is cracking down on things like that I guess depending on the state or country. It's not ANYONES place to be threatening someone especially If they have nothing to do with what had happen between the two parties, It's just not right. REPORT IT!! Good luck1
