I'd guess Indonesian, with some kind of slang/leet/chat abbreviations.

Googling the words http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=...=&gs_rfai= finds they crop up in Indonesian blogs and Twitters.

"Kenyangnya" seems to mean something like "insatiable" ( http://books.google.com/books?id=hVo2ZDY...ya&f=false ).
