How do I set my facebook comment alerts?

How do I set my facebook alerts so I get notifications when people comment on my status? I somehow turned it off and cant reset it. THANKS!"

Go to Settings in the upper right hand corner, next to your name. Then choose Account Settings. Then choose Notifications at the top of that page. Then scroll down to where it says Wall Comments and check the boxes to the right of those two choices or whichever ones you want. Then click Save at the bottom
