want facebook pictures of me removed from someone elses account?
My mother has pictures of me on her facebook and I want them removed. I want to know if legally she is allowed to have these pictures on her facebook without my permission, i am also over 18 years old, I realize she would be more entitled to them if I were under 18 but that isn't the case any more! Also, what action can I take if she personally refuses to remove them? Is there anything in the facebook terms of service i could refer to inorder to solve this problem?

the only way you can get rid of someone elses pictures are two ways. either if you know the email and password, or if they delete it themselves. sorry but there is no way that you can delete it. although you're in the photo, it still belongs to them on facebook. try asking her to delete it. if she says no, tough luck. hope i helped

Ask?

Also just untag yourself from the picture if she won't...
Facebook won't really do anything about the picture unless it was nudity.

If she took the photos (and didn't violate your privacy to do so), then she has every right to post them and there's nothing you can do about it. Sorry.

Well first of all, untag you from them, then ask her to take them off. It is your mother, so she will probably delete them. If they are really that bad, then maybe you shouldn't have taken them in the first place. If she wont take them off, you could block her and report her maybe?
