1) "Yeah, and the fact that you (or your father, brother, etc) are/is one of them is what I'm finding most troubling about the experience."
2) "It's a horrible addiction, and you should know because I heard you overcame it. Can you give me some tips or the number of a support group? Thanks, buddy!"
3) "Hey, what you and your family/friends videotape and upload on the internet is your own damn business!"

Any of them will do just fine, but I'm leaning towards #2 or #3.
