4 reasons why social networking sites are bad for teenagers?
Everyone, please state reasons why Social networking sites, eg. Facebook,Myspace,Twitter and Bebo are Bad or unhealthey for teenagers?

Because teenagers don't know what's right and wrong mostly.They are still immature people.

1. It means that they then don't communicate as much in the real world and rely on social networking sites, leading to lessening their social skills.
2. Sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time is unhealthy anyway, it replaces things like exercise.
3. It makes bullying easier because you can make things like 'hate pages' and stuff like that, which is bad for self esteem and the like.
