How does being de-friended on Facebook make you feel?
Supposing a colleague sends you a friend invite on Facebook. You know this colleague, but you wouldn't really class yourself as close friends. You decide to accept their friend invite. You then see a few weeks later that they've deleted you. A few weeks after that, they send you another invite. How does it make you feel? You haven't given them any reason to de-friend you.

I wouldn't care so much if they aren't my close friend. But if they were my best friend, I would be very upset. And they might have accidently in friended u.

I typically don't notice when people defriend me, but if they do, I just wonder why. I don't get upset all that easily.

If it weren't a close friend or even someone I talk to much, then I'd probably not care. I mean, so what? It's not like I need you or anything.
But if it were a close friend, then I'd wonder what had happened. I had that happen to me by my bestfriend. And I can tell you. It hurts. ALOT. I loved her like a sister and she deletes my after a big fight...so what I do? To hell with it, if you don't want to come around by me then don't. See if I care. I do. until now. |

Well this morning this girl popped up into my head and then I thought "hey i haven't seen much activity from her on fb lately" so i checked to see if we were still fb friends. Turns out no! I though "what a b*tch - what did I do?" I thought she was a nice person. I guess my fb statuses must have pissed her off. Either way I now just allow my closest friends and family see my photos and statuses. No one irrelevent needs to.
