Yes, it's impersonating and identity theft. You could get into serious trouble for that, and what a poser, do you really have no life? You really have that much time to sit behind a computer and pretend to be someone you aren't? Pathetic.

Fake account - yes, illegal.
Fan Account for the celebrity - perfectly okay. Just make sure your "fake celebrity" account clearly states that this is a fan account in the info section and you should be okay. |
