How do I make this girl like me but she already has a boyfriend?

So I've known this girl since High School and I do chat with her on Facebook sadly she says she's too busy with work and so she doesn't want to have lunch with me. Now she already has a boyfriend but I really like her I tend to complement her and ask her questions such how her day or you look very pretty and what not. So how do I make her to like me? I've asked her out for lunch but she's been busy for some weird reason.
