How do i make my facebook private?!?

I set it so that only friends can view my profile, not friends of friends... I set everything to friends and did the custom thing to friends but when I log out & look at it from my brothers facebook (we aren't friends, but have mutual ones) it still allows him to see my wall, info and pictures... so how can I set it to just friends??

Instructions

Log in to your Facebook account at facebook.com.

Click "Account" near the upper right corner of your profile page, and then click "Privacy Settings".

Select "Friends of Friends", "Friends Only", or "Recommended", review the settings to make sure you approve, and then click "Apply These Settings". For example, if you use the "Friends Only" settings, your profile information, pictures, and posts can only be seen by your approved friends. Alternatively, you can select "Customize settings" to control who can see what type of information.

Click "Edit your settings" under Applications and Websites in the lower left corner. Edit each setting according to the desired level of privacy.

Click "Back to Privacy", and click "Edit your lists" under Block Lists to block individuals and applications from searching you or sending you requests on Facebook.

Set everything to just friends and press SAVE.
It might work then?
