No one can help you. You can only help yourself.

Yes a few weeks ago. Just try to distract yourself by going out with friends, watching movies, talking about your feelings with family or friends. Just give yourself time to heal. Don't make the mistake of getting into a rebound relationship, because not only it does not work but you can hurt someone with your actions. Don't do unto others what you wouldn't like done ..... you know the rest.
Be strong and be positive. You WILL get over this.

Invest in your love and to be happy.
Happiness doesn't depend on any external conditions, it is governed by our mental attitude. When you make a commitment to a relationship, you invest your attention and energy in it more profoundly because you now experience ownership of that relationship.

I feel your pain Sad I got my heart broke two weeks ago and just an hour ago. By the same guy. I trusted him, I gave him another chance, he ruined it, I broke up with him. I'm also incredibly mad for what he did. It sucks and it hurts like heck but I'm not gonna let him see that. The only thing I can say is that maybe if we avoid our ex-significant other, stop thinking about him, stop constantly checking his fb page (and btw dont beg for friends/boyfriends, neither of us need another relationship right now) and just tell ourselves that it's gonna be okay, then maybe by some miracle it will be.
