Anyone answering questions on here have their heart broke?
I just recently had my hear broke and I feel sick and I can't get him off my mind. Can someone help me with this. I think that I have tried everything.

Yes a few weeks ago. Just try to distract yourself by going out with friends, watching movies, talking about your feelings with family or friends. Just give yourself time to heal. Don't make the mistake of getting into a rebound relationship, because not only it does not work but you can hurt someone with your actions. Don't do unto others what you wouldn't like done ..... you know the rest.
Be strong and be positive. You WILL get over this. |
