Receiving EMails from Yahoo account?

I having problem receiving emails. I am not sure if yahoo has an issue right now. I tested this by sending a plain text email to myself. I can see in the sent items that it was successfully sent but I did not receive the email.

There are a emails I have not able to receive which consist of business transactions and all of them came from yahoo accounts. And it has attachments I need to review ASAP.

I can continuously receive email notification from facebook and other forums which I am member.

Please help get this to yahoo technical support as I consider this a important matter.

Louie, I have investigated your Yahoo! Mail account and found that your account was configured to block a large number of domains, including addresses from Yahoo!, Gmail, and Hotmail. I have reset your configuration and you should now be able to receive new email, however, this behavior indicates that your account may have become compromised.
