prob bc she doesn't want for her friends to know about you, or her parents might read it or something.

There's a million and one reasons she could've said that. It could be as innocent as not wanting her parents or relatives know she was out with a boy and as problematic as her having another guy on the side. She may simply just like to keep things like that between her and the guy...I have a friend who won't tell me the littlest details of nights she spends with guys because she thinks that stuff is "special" and "personal." Your best bet is to ask her.
