Do you have your ex on your myspace or facebook?
Do you have your ex boyfriend/girlfriend on your facebook or myspace? If so how has it effected the relationship? Have you felt it hurtful to see their status updates or seeing pictures of them having fun, possibly with the opposite sex? Or have you just not added them because you feel like it would hurt you to see them having fun and enjoying life.

i keep them as a friend bcuz its always good to have more friends on facebook. however, i stop caring about their sex lives when i dump them (or also in the rare case I get dumped)... so either way, seeing them having fun doesnt effect me 1 way or the other.

it sounds sort of selfish and fragile to me, for me to be "hurt" because my ex is having fun without me. Of course she is! The simple fact is, we both are people, we both are going to have fun times and bad times in our lives, and since we arent together anymore she naturally is gonna have fun with other guys. I dont see whats so revolutionary about that.

i don't have a single one ... this is because they become stalkers
and they never leave me alone .. and worse cases .. the other person ur with accuses u of wanting the ex back instead of them

and sometimes it hurts to see that their happy and ur not .. if ur single and they moved on or replaced u like an object ..

i had my ex as a friend then one day i looked at it and saw that he had went back to his ex. soooo i dropped him. i didn't want to see things like that, regardless of whether or not we were together. so yes for the most part it hurts, and if that's your case i would recommend deleting them as a buddy for your own mental well being.

I am friends with 3 out of 4 of them. I don't care about their status changes/pics, etc. We are exes for a reason. Two of them still like me, even though we've been broken up for years, and one's gay now Smile I have no feelings for any of them, so it's actually cool to see how they have grown and changed in the years.

I keep them as friends on facebook or myspace, because those places aren't REAL. The internet is a tool, those sites are for social networking. I used to have over 600 friends on my myspace before I deleted everyone I didn't actually know. Just because your friends with someone on a website, doesn't mean you have to pursue a REAL relationship. I have several friends on my facebook that I haven't seen in years but they were friends in high school so.....If your still hung up on your ex then no don't add them because you'll probably find yourself cyber stalking. But if your over it then what's the harm. Everyone moves on with their life, and if you ever truly cared about them you should enjoy seeing them happy.
