Will one of you amazing pianists teach me piano for free?
I've always loved piano, I have an emotional attachment to it, and I really, really want to play, but my father can barley afford to live at our apartment, and I am merely 14, so I cannot get any professional lessons, and i don't have a piano either. The way I'm on this website is because I'm at a library. I live in Newhope, Minnesota. Would one of you do me the greatest favor and pass on your knowledge to me?

Teachers can help but it's more about the practicing. Of course you need a piano to play on. Sometimes churches or community centres have pianos that you can play for free. You can get tips and easy exercises to practice with for free on the net. Start with scales and 'One a Day' exercises and then play some simple songs and you can get fairly far without a teacher. If you really want it, nothing can stop you!

Free piano teachers are in the Yellow Pages, listed with the free electricians, free appliance repairmen, and free parcel delivery.
