Quick answer required: How do you decline accepting an offer of a girl's number?
*Quick answer needed*
Facts: - Girl pops up on Facebook chat, used to date your brother. Not your type. - Not attractive to you in slightest. - Then offers you her number, in a direct question. But you're a nice person, and don't want to seem mean by refusing, but you really don't want to give wrong impression. Help! Need to talk my way out of this rapido! Thanks all. Ads |

Tell her you don't date your bro's ex's nothing against her, but it would be awkward for the both of you.

Tell her that you don't feel right about taking her number since she used to date your brother. Tell her that you would feel like you would be betraying your brother, even if it's not true. that's what I would do: spare her feelings and avoid giving her the wrong impression. Also, or alternately, tell her that you are kind of trying to date someone else and that accepting her number would go against your efforts to win another girl's heart. A lil' white lie to spare someone's feeling is ok.
