"No" nobody can sue her; she could be criticized but nobody could sue her. It's not illegal to be insensitive.
BUT to be fair she and her brother claim her account was "hacked" which it's not rare at all. I have seen by myself many MySpace hacked accounts and many people don't realize about the comments posted in their name until they are told. Is she telling the true? I don't know, but she should be given break just in case she's telling the true. edit Joe: Having a lawyer for uncle doesn't make you a lawyer, the same as having a doctor for dad doesn't give you the right to give medical advice. We don't get impressed by you having a lawyer-relative. Have your uncle to post the comments or get a law degree by yourself. |
