I live in the UK too and I've watched every single one of them! They're so fun to watch . I've been trying to find out the time and I've worked it out I think, it's 7pm over here but I'm not completely sure. They answer questions, talk about news involving them, what they've been up to, sometimes sing a short acoustic version of a song. And plenty of JB humour.
