Show her the myspace pages. Tell her that she can have complete access to your page at any time, that way she can log herself. She would not be the only parent that has access.

well, since you're 15, tell her that:
1) you're old enough to be independent and make your own decisions

2) All of your friends hv FB so it's an easier way to talk with them instead of on the phone.

3) You can catch up with old old friends that you miss dearly...bla..bla...that left school.....with relatives....

4) Most teachers have FB accounts, so you could ask them if you have questions about homework.

then show her how it works... and all the settings and everything....
or something like that.......

Get on it and show her what it is. She probably won't let you because there's all these horrible things on the news about Myspace and parents don't know what it is, so it sounds really scary. Show her what it is, tell her how the privacy settings work, and make it to where ONLY people from your school can see yours. Tell her that she can look at yours after you make it to see what you have on there.

Facebook is pretty non-sketch.

Or, rack up your cell phone bill by texting a lot and using your phone a lot, and when she gets mad at you about how much it was, tell her that if you could get a facebook, you wouldn't have to text and call so much. Parents start to consider things more if the alternative costs them less money.

It's quite sad if all your friends have one. What happened to AIM and something we all know about called the telephone/celluar phone? I'd say get one anyway. The only way she'd know is if she searched you and you came up along with your picture. But if your name is common, I'd doubt she'd go through all the pages looking for you.
