awww just give her some time and things will eventually clear up. look the guy from the past relationship was a jerk and she shouldnt put herself down or not enjoy her life. give her some comfort and make her feel loved and wanted by you. that is the secret.

You did the right thing dude..maybe try to please her and make her laugh rather than satisfying her with bodily pleasures..that way you can make her happy and she can forget her past
