You have "to" little guys? Not "two"?
The word "I" should be upper case letters.
The first letter in sentences should be capitalized letters...
You wrote the word "there" when the word is "their".

Finally, in almost every state you don't need reason to get a divorce.
However he has one and so do you.

Or perhaps you're a child, just goofing around?

Your husband is talking to his girlfriend who is having his baby next week.
What kind of man is he & why are you still living with him.
Your the mother of the children who will be the one to take
care of them. get a new lawyer & tell the husband to leave.
The judge will NOT tell you to stay until its final.
Find another lawyer that will explain things better to you.
You have a good reason to leave but in this case he
should leave.
