You can only Direct Message people that follow you. Even if he followed you, he would get thousands of replies every day so there's a good chance he wouldnt see your tweet/DM.Hope this helps! Smile

he has 2 follow u in order for u to DM him.. just keep commenting on his page and he might follow u..

and for the ppl whos saying he wont message back, HE DOES MESSAGE BACK
