Can you prove she wasn't?

The prosecution couldn't make a case to refute her claims.

If you had evidence she wasn't abused why didn't you come forward to the authorities or did you will fully withhold evidence?

Well, here is something to consider:

1. Let's assume she killed her child unintentionally or intentionally..

2. She had lied to law enforcement and other people several times. She knew her lies would be held against her, and possibly lead to a guilty verdict.

3. So, to explain away all of her lying, she tells the world that her father sexually molested her since the age of eight. As a result, she became a pathological liar. This happens with many sexual abuse victims. They often lie as a matter of self-preservation. When they were being abused, they learned to lie to help protect themselves.

4. Now, let's assume her father never molested her and was generally good to her. If true, I strongly doubt she would lie and say he molested her. Think about it. Even if she was some kind of a spoiled brat, she would not accuse a caring father who took care of her for practically two decades, thus destroying his life completely if proven true. It doesn't make sense to do that to a loving parent, regardless of her crime. Instead, she would have come up with a different story.

I suppose it is possible that she killed her child, and was also molested by her father. If true, that would explain just about everything.

I think she lied AGAIN. If found guilty then she is facing the death penalty or life in prison. She will slander anybody and make up any story to fight for her freedom. If there was a "guilty" verdict then she would then have her freedom gone forever. She doesn't care who she hurts to get that "Not Guilty" verdict. Whatever it takes and that is what she did. She also accused her brother Lee of sexual abuse but she also named her daughter after him and her own name. Caylee is a mix of the names Casey and Lee. She always appearred to be close with him. Whatever it takes to get her freedom.
