One of my employees called me an "idiot and loser" on her Facebook and Twitter. Should I fire her?

Your name says a lot about why your employees might not like you Little Bastard. How do you stumble onto somebody's Facebook page. You were looking specifically for it. I thought only friends could read somebody's page. You should do nothing. let me guess you put the moves on her and she rejected you so you went looking for an excuse to fire her. Be real and ignore it.

Let me guess, your a manager at McDonalds? Why are you so interested in her private life? She has a RIGHT to her opinion. As long as she is doing her job efficiently you are wrong to fire her or cut her hours back, basically forcing her to then quit.
This whole thing, from a female point of view, has you coming off as a stalker.
