Playstation network hacked by Steve Jobs?
Yeah, I follow one of my friends on twitter and they wrote ''So it was mac's owner who hacked into ps3 network thingy :o ohhhhh I was shocked O: " and i was wondering if this is true? O.o

No this is not true it might have been a person doing some type of internet protest against PlayStation and the company's ruling in the geohot case. This is what PlayStation gets for breaking rule number 1 of the internet. Book of the internets chapter 1 verse 1: "And lo and behold.... DONT PISS OFF HACKERS."

It's a group called Anonymous.
They did this to show that silencing Geohot was not a good move on their part. All Geohot did was re-enable the installation of another OS on the PS3. Sony sued him to make him an example. They gained access to everybody's IP who watched his Youtube videos, downloaded his program or saw his blog. |
