Is Twitter safe for kids under 13?

Yes , it is perfectly fine to go on Twitter for kids under thirteen and same to using it. I know it was hacked but they fixed the hack.

As long as you make your tweets private, there should be no reason why it isn't safe for a thirteen-year-old to go on twitter. The hack happened a while ago. It's been fixed and restored to it's full security.
