What is the best marketing tool for a small medium size restaurant in India?

Hi i am opening a new but small takeaway restaurant in a small city called Guwahati, in Assam, India.
It would be located in a prime location where there is a huge footfall but the visibility of the restaurant is a concern. Also I have 2 extreme competitors on both the right & left side of my restaurant.Please suggest me ideas or views to divert attention. My usp is a different menu with low calorie diet promotion.
