For undocumented immigrants, Is it against the law to pay taxes in foreign countries ?
I am an undocumented immigrant who came to the US thanks to a anglo-gang of human traffickers, I paid 1,500 dlls to come here, then I bought fake documentation in the black market for 250 dlls. I have a job in an American corporation and I perform , and I was wondering if I should pay income taxes or not.
I am a Mexican Citizen and I speak little englisch.

It is not against the law for an undocumented immigrant to pay taxes if done so properly. If you would have been caught while coming across the border then it would have been a bit more serious but since your already here our strange laws look at this as unlawful Presence. If you get arrested for other crimes then most likely you will be deported and if you come back again then it becomes a felony. I would recommend that you go back to Mexico but if your going to stay then make sure you get insurance for your car, check into this ITIN number and don't get involved in any criminal activity. I would also suggest that you learn English from one of the many free programs out there. The Catholic and the Mormon Churches and others hold free classes.

Paying taxes can be looked upon by a judge as a good thing but it will not change your status. One of the requirements from one of the proposed immigration reform bills was to require undocumented people to pay back taxes. You would have to admit using false ID and prove you had been paying taxes and not using the ID for other purposes. If you get a federal tax ID number using your Mexican Passport you can pay taxes. This number is not the same as a social security number and the taxes you pay are handled differently but you can check into getting an ITIN. A few year ago you could buy a house using the ITIN but not any longer. This is the same number you would use if you were here from Mexico and started a business for yourself. In 2009 the US Supreme court ruled that you may not be changed with criminal identity theft if you were using false ID just to work. If you were using it to get loans and steel then your in much more trouble. From the way your question is worded I don't buy that your Mexican Citizen but hey to each his own.

Escribi todo en Ingles porque no creo que eres un national de Mex. Si quieres escribir mi puedes.
