Also are you publishing online or in stores? A good way to test out your manga is to first put it up on a popular website where you can post up your original work to see if it's appealing to people. If your going to publish it make sure that you have a lot of people listed because you might have to keep searching for a publisher before finding one that actually wants to publish your work. Also just sorta advertise if you want people in helping writing/creating your manga, one good example is that if someone in the team has a Facebook, it to advertise what your doing in one of their updates or making a club for it. Another good way is to search up for people wanting to make a manga, type in keywords like: People who want to make manga.

Art school is a good option, but only if you want to improve your art or touch up, art school is not necessary but make sure that your art, or the person writing the manga, has appealing art, so people will have a better chance of wanting to check it out. Example: Hey this manga has great art! Maybe I should check it out......... REMEMBER: People like appealing art.

Getting a story developer would be the easiest part of the job, people everywhere always like to contribute or add something they think would spice up the story.
