Bloggs A blog is short for a ‘Web log’. This is a form of communicate were people can make entries on a specialised site. People can make a log of personal events or share their insight onto a particular product or issue. These sorts of communication can enhance a company’s productivity in many ways. The customer and company can build a community and share their information with a wider variety of people. This sort of web logging is of a much lower cost than conventionally building an entire site from scratch, also the company will not have to employ a web designer or train someone to programme in HTML. A company that has a blog also tends to get better search engine results.

A forum is a public meeting place on the web were poele can have open discussion sabout a chosen subject. Users can post the questions or points of view and then get replies from others. A forum is also known as a news group. Forums are also threaded, which means a reply to a particular posting becomes part of the "thread" of that posting that can be followed to provide a cohesive progression through a particular topic. You can get the references of your previous postings as well.
