okay so i met this girl that was one of the candidates i was interviewing against at this one company. and we hit it off pretty well and we would make eye contact (i know its not the normal one cuz we would do it over and over again and she would like down and then to the side) . but one thing she did was : she noticed i had a little bit of my water on my suit and brushed it off.... was she just being nice? i heard if girls do that its cuz they were actually looking at you? (it kind of came out of the blue) i added her on facebook about a day ago but no response

She was just being nice. If a girl is flirting, it's beyond obvious. Plus, she would also follow up that brushing-the-water-off with some kind of obvious attempt to be cute like batting her eyelashes or something. Also she would have replied on Facebook asap if she was interested.
