Why do I feel envious when other people have tons of facebook likes?
I mean I rarely post on facebook anymore but when I see a post with 10 +likes I feel depressed because I feel that person is liked (literally, not facebook likes) more than me, I have had issues with depression and insecurity in the past and also probably at the moment too.

I feel the same way. The fact is, the post isn't what makes people like it. Sure, people like it because they can relate somehow or find it funny or whatever, but it's usually the popular people who gets heaps of likes. Not saying obviously you're not popular, I mean, you know what I meann.
