How does this whole "My Top Fans" thing work?
so, I went to see who my top fans were. I got my 8 results, but I'm confused. does facebook choose your top fans from who ever goes on your page everyday or something like that? idk o.O

"My Top Fans" is an application that is not created by Facebook. It's a third-party application, meaning some one else made it.

The way that it works is that it detects the interactions between you and all of your friends. (Private messages and profile views are not counted because they are against the Facebook privacy terms). The people with the most interactions are listed as your Top Fans.
