Me and this girl became friends.
Anyway, she was walking home with her best friend which I kinda know and they were walking to her house anyway every few seconds she would turn around and look at me but she didn't say hi?!

well, I think it is because she is a little bit shy in front of her best friend, and judging by her behavior, she likes you too, just she is too shy.

So you can try to say hi yourself. take the upper hand, girls like guys who is a little bit aggressive, and brave.
