I'm so very happy he has all those followers but... but... but... *busts into tears* what about my subtle tweets that secretly say I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And now I feel sad because that sounded selfish. I fail :'(
No, Chris. You're wrong *points out very nicely*. He could see everyone's tweets even if he doesn't follow them. I got a Twitter reply from him in March and he doesn't follow me. Sometimes I get Twitter replies from people I don't follow and I can still see them and reply to them. If you're talking about direct messages (DMs), then that's a whole different thing.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I know I have to mention him in order for him to get the tweets. Duuh.

That's not how Twitter works. He can only get tweets from people HE adds. If he follows you, then he can see your tweets. If you follow him, you can see all his tweets and everything, but he can't see any of yours. All that will happen is you'll be one of the many people listed in his followers. Kind of the whole reason why celebrities choose Twitter over FB. Sorry.
