Is it creepy to facebook message a guy you like?

There's this guy in my class that I'm starting to like. Were both pretty shy so we don't talk much. We only met this year too. Would it be weird or cute if I sent him a cute message over facebook? If it's ok, what should I say and when should I say it?

No. Go for it. Thats how i got to know the girl i love. Its a lot less confronting than speaking person. So it helps to talk about things that you would normally not talk in person. Ohh yeah, good luck
