What are the chances that I'd face discrimination in the job market in Europe if I have a nose piercing?

I have a grad degree in social sciences and want to enter corporate sector. Also I am non european but live here

It's not descrimination, you'd get. It's "if you want to work here take it out." descrimination is when you can't help the thing. in this case, it would be stipulation, which you might very well face. But, I couldn't be sure.
