A question about the internet and social networking sites?

Ok so I want to know what are the pros and cons to the use of social networking sites? I already have some like it can be addictive, and has formed a new kind of relationship with the world as well as helps to keep people connected to each other. I still need some other things though and haven't been able to think of anything. Thanks much!

It's distancing people from each other, and they are losing their, communication skills and how to interact with each others face to face.

People can contact each other faster/easier
Its great marketing for companies

Cons: Interpersonal Relationships dissolve
Much less face to face communication

cons : cyber stalking which could lead to a lot of serious crimes, privacy issue, people can take your pictures, private info and all that stuff

pros: find your old classmates, friends, people you lost contact with, updated with friend and family's life
