What should I do next in this situation?

Okay so I have liked this guy since 8th grade. I know that sounds clique but I mean. I've been attracted to him since then. I also think he is a super nice and fun guy and have since 8th grade...I don't mean like crushing on him. Just attracted. Well I got dumped about two months ago. Now this guy who I've been attracted to for quite sometime keeps popping up in my life. I don't know if it's coincidence or what but he's literally been everywhere, even places I've never seen him before.

So it's been about two or three weeks now. I am a freshmen in college and go home a lot on the weekends to volunteer. Well the first week I went to a party and he showed up (it was a last minute invite, at his sisters house, and I didnt even know they were related until he got there) Well then the next day I messaged him and said it was nice to see him, and all (which I do for everyone) and we messaged for a bit then I told him I had to get ready for the game...well that night he showed up at the game...we talked a bit, a lot more than the first time. Then the next week he showed up again at the game my group was doing voting booths at after I asked if he was goin and he said idk. well he did. then this week I assumed I wouldnt see him seeing as how it was thanksgiving and his friends generally don't hang out at walmart on black friday....Well low and behold he was there...we talked a bit and he helped me get out of the crowd....then the next night I stopped by the gas station on my way to walmart to get coffee and there he was with all his friends...I talked to them all for a few mintues then said well I'm headed to wally world talk to yall later...after about five minutes at wally world they all showed up...then one of our friends invited me to hang out with them so i did...then while i was with them he seemed to be flirting a bit but not a lot...idk not sure....he definitely made me laugh a lot though.Then when I finally got home that night at 3am i went to sleep...at about 4am I Then he switched seats and sat by me and...idk a lot of ironic stuff..Then when I finally got home that night at 3am i went to sleep...at about 4am I got a facebook notification and he'd liked my status about hanging out with all of them and then messaged me too (which he has never done either of in the four years that I've had him on my friends list.)...then the next day I stopped by the same gas station to get coffee and there they were again...I didn't really talk thoug...I just said hey to one of his friends. I've not seen him since but sat. one of his friends took me home because my car broke down...him and our mutual friend both invited me to hang out with them again (anytime they said) So I know I'll see him again...I like this guy but can't tell if he even realizes I'm alive. Should I say something to him? or should I just see if something happens?....And I just found out today like just now...that he's working in the same town I go to school in!?!?!? So a lot of coincidences and ironic stuff....so how should I approach this?
