Can somone please help me with Twitter?
I have a Twitter account, and I try to talk to people and they don't respond. I don't know if it's because I'm not doing it right, or if they just ignore me. (I know you don't really talk, you just send tweets that people either respond to or not.) Could someone tell me how to talk to people on it? I would really appreciate it.
