How do you talk to people on twitter?

"@" means "reply to"
On the right side of your screen there should be a link that says "@(your twitter username)"...
Everytime someone uses "@(your twitter username)" it appears at that link, and vice versa.
It's just like a tag thingy.... =]
I highly doubt that made sense, sorry......
