Is anyone having trouble with their Orange mobile services?
I've had 'limited service' for 2 days now and can't make or receive calls or texts. Can't even pick up voicemail messages that may have been left.

Have a look on their website.
Is it everywhere that you go (which would indicate a 'phone fault) or in a certain geography ( which would point to a transmitter problem). Also, Have you paid your bills? Ads |

I'd advise to contact our Customer Service Helpdesk, so they can look into this for you. If you are a Pay Monthly customer, you can contact them on 150 from a Pay Monthly Orange phone or 07973 100150 from a fixed line. If you are a Pay As You Go customer, you can contact them on 450 from a Pay As You Go Orange phone, or 07973 100450 from a fixed line. I hope this helps.
