Sometimes, someone will send him a certain tweet more than once so they have a better chance of getting noticed. The first time they send him that tweet, they'll put the number 1 after it,the fiftieth time they send him that tweet, they'll put the number 50 after it, and so on. If Justin does reply or retweet the tweet, the number after it will determine how many times they had to send the tweet before it was noticed. Hope this helps! (:
